T&Cs

Vouchers are valid for three years from date of purchase and can be redeemed by emailing me at hello@melissaheffernan.com.au. Turnaround time will depend on my workload and can be discussed at the time of booking. Date of purchase must be filled in on the voucher.

I provide my clients with high-quality custom illustration commissions. My illustrations are hand-drawn using a digital program, and can either be sent as a digital file, or printed on quality paper stock and shipped to you the client, or the recipient. A frame is not included.

Pet portraits are completed based on a reference photo, (or photos) of the pet, that you will send to me in advance. Unless otherwise agreed upon, portraits will contain one pet per print and will be charged per pet.

I will discuss with you in advance the options for background colour, and the dimensions of the print. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the sizes available are A4 (210 x 297mm) or Square (300 x 300mm). Sizes other than this will incur an extra cost, which I will advise upon request.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the digital artwork will be printed on 210gsm premium paper stock. The print will then be shipped to the recipient via regular Australia Post. If Express or International postage is required, it will incur an extra cost, which I can advise upon request.
